What’s a Jamboree?

Jamborees can be any event, in person or virtual! As long as you have a community you want to reach, we can help. You plan the event; we provide the games, activities, grab bags, and fun!

Highlighted Programming-Seasonal

Every quarter/season, we bring fun, free activities to do with our communities all across Seattle. Most programs are open to anyone and some are designed or encouraged for specialized populations. In this section, we will advertise those highlighted programs.

Grant applications for Get Moving, Rec 4 All, and The Beautiful Game can be completed and submitted at www.seattlepark.gosmart.org. Application opens January 13, 2026 and closes February 10, 2026.
Grant informational virtual sessions are January 14th 6:30 - 7:30pm and January 28th 12:30 - 1:30pm. In-person sessions are January 22nd 6 - 8pm at Garfield Community Center and February 7th, 10 - 12pm at Jefferson Community Center.
Soul line dance class. Free for all. Saturdays 10:00 - 12:00 pm at Garfield Community Center.
